Two or three bedrooms, two baths, one parking space. Must be solidly constructed, in good condition although existing décor isn’t a factor. Location is important: only interested in a residence on Chicago’s north side: north of Division, south of Belmont and no further west than Sheffield. I plan to purchase by the end of the summer. My sweet spot: $375,000 to $625,000.
